Should sanitary ware factories go digital? Yes, but they should not start with complex systems. Data collection means recording key shop-floor information clearly. Digital transformation means using that data for analysis, warning, traceability and decision-making. Sanitary ware production is a long process. Casting, drying, trimming, glazing and firing all influence final quality.
